Brief description
In June 1973 the name of the Commonwealth Film Unit was changed to Film Australia. Incorporated in 1988 as Film Australia Pty Limited. From 1 July 2008 Film Australia joined with the Australian Film Commission and Film Finance Corporation to form Screen Australia.
