Each sheet is headed with the name of a branch (eg Psychology and Guidance branch) or office (eg Auditor-General) or officer of the Department (particularly each District Inspector). Details recorded are the Number of the Reference, the Registered Number, the School Number (where applicable), the Subject of Reference, the Date Despatched and the Date of return.
