Example BEAST2 XML code for eBSP analyses conducted for five Fijian Lasioglossum populations with COI datasets. Both mitochondrial (COI in nexus format) and genomic (SNP) datasets are included with their associated metrics in a separate CSV.

R scripts are the COI analyses and plots created, along with a map of the collection locations; SNP filtering process is included as a separate script.
