This dataset collection contains standardised, fused, and analysed outputs from KO9, a set of two field experiments testing the tolerance and resistance of faba bean cultivars and comparator treatments to the root-lesion nematode Pratylenchus thornei at Formartin, Queensland. The collection integrates plot-level manual nematode counts at 0–30 and 0–90 cm, PreDictaB Pi and Pf measurements, reproductive factors, faba bean biomass, plant density, and grain yield. Summary outputs describe initial nematode setup, cultivar resistance, crop performance, resistance-performance trade-offs, and agreement between manual and PreDictaB methods.
