Full description
Methodology The primary data was gathered from a questionnaire designed with both quantitative and qualitative aspects. The six page questionnaire asked questions relating to the coach, the coachee and the coaching process and contained both structured and unstructured questions. The questionnaire consisted of two parts: 1) Open ended questions used to determine the respondent's views on factors that they felt made the coaching process effective; 2) Scale items developed from literature on best practice in the coaching process. The closed ended questions provided a check for the answers given in to the open ended questions. Data Format The dataset includes a PDF, and an Excel 97-2004 file. The PDF details the questions asked and, for closed ended questions, the answer choices. The Excel file contains the survey responses.
