All analyses of carbonate chemistry were made on board the Falkor within hours of the CTD-rosette being brought on board. All cast data is taken directly from the CTD without filtering. All other analyses (nutrients and dissolved stable isotopes) were made on preserved water samples brought back to the University of Western Australia. All bottle chemistry data has been reviewed by Dr. Jim Falter at the University of Western Australia. Brief description

This data represents seaborne casts made off the Schmidt Ocean Institute vessel R/V Falkor on a cruise investigating deep sea coral living in the Perth Canyon led by Chief Investigator Prof. Malcolm McCulloch of the ARC Centre of Excellence for Coral Reef Studies at the University of Western Australia.
