This research will seek to understand the attitudes of young people aged between 18 and 25 in relation to the traditional constructs of the Department of Defence, incorporating the Australian Defence Force and the Australian Public Service. The dataset contains transcriptions of semi-structured interviews with Gen Z participants from the Australian Defence Force, the Australian Public Service, and non-Defence participants.
