Brief description Daily physical activity is critical for children’s health and development. Two thirds of young children do not achieve the recommended level of physical activity. Early childhood education and care services are a key setting to intervene to increase physical activity. This project will provide evidence-informed policy and implementation strategies for creating environments that give Australian children a physically active and healthy start to life.
