Brief description Everyday diversity at work. Australia and Singapore have a culturally diverse workforce. The quality of social relationships between ethnic groups at the workplace is vital to economic productivity and social cohesion. This comparative study will enhance our understanding of intercultural relationships and help shape the future direction of Australian multicultural policy.
