Epidemiology and vectors of Theileria orientalis on the Northern Tablelands of New South Wales, Australia

The dataset is outlined by three of my research Chapters and additional documents viz; 1. Chapter 3: dataset on Culicoides spp. trapped and weather details from the New England region of NSW between 1990 and 2018 along with JMP statistical analysis files. 2. Chapter 4: dataset on the results of the bovine blood samples tested by qPCR and also on tick field sample collections along with JMP statistical analysis files. 3. Chapter 5: dataset is on the biting fly species trapped on the Northern tablelands of NSW between December 2017 and May 2019 along with the weather details from the Northern Tablelands and North Coast LLS regions between 2007 and 2019. It also contains JMP analysis files. The other file included in the overall dataset are the different S.O.P developed during the course of my study for the qPCR optimizations and AEC application files.
