Dataset for seagrass (Zostera muelleri) seed germination results of seeds passed through the gut of marine mega-herbivores (dugong or green sea turtle) compared with seeds dropped from the plant.  Germination results are based on a 60 day experiment with three temperature treatments; low (19C), medium (26C) and high (32C).
