Energy Efficiency in Government Operations

Brief description

The link goes to a number of reports and datasets that were released at part of the Energy Efficiency in Government Operations.
The report includes:

a breakdown of energy use in the Australian Government's operations, according to activity type, portfolio and agency
Australian Government agencies' progress towards the targets set in the EEGO policy
a best estimate of the greenhouse gas emissions resulting from the activities of the Australian Government.
From 1 July 2013 the administrative arrangements for the EEGO Policy changed to an agency based reporting approach. The Energy Use in the Australian Government's Operations 2011-12 report was the last one prepared, tabled in Parliament and published on a whole of government basis. Under the EEGO policy agencies continue to report on their energy use annually.
