Brief description

Emmy Hoffmann is an Environmental Scientist who manages ANSTO's Environmental Monitoring group. Ms Hoffmann is responsible for the Airborne Emission and Environmental Monitoring programs, Meteorology and Atmospheric dispersion modelling, as well Regulatory reporting of ANSTO's environmental performance. Recent research has involved evaluating atmospheric releases from radiopharmaceutical production facilities and their impact on the global xenon background as measured by the International Monitoring System (IMS).
