Brief description Changing clinical practice so that it is closer to best-evidence care is important to improving health outcomes. This research will test a multi-component intervention with GPs to improve popultaion outcomes for people with diabetes. Rural communities will be randomly allocated to the intervention and control groups, and groups will be compared on indicators of diabetes management at the population level.
