Dr Pritchard, Senior Research Associate at IHBI, QUT, is the project manager for the LANDMark study (Longitudinal Assessment of Neuropathy in Diabetes using novel ophthalmic Markers). She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Optometry) from Queensland Institute of Technology and a PhD from Queensland University of Technology. She has extensive and broad experience in clinical research spanning more than 20 years in the area of cornea and contact lenses, and more recently, in the area of ophthalmic markers for diabetic neuropathy. Dr Pritchard is experienced working with multidisciplinary teams and collaborative research has been a strong component of her research to date. She is currently the manager of the LANDMark study and LANDMark biobank and prior to this held research positions at University of Waterloo (Canada), Visioncare Research Ltd (UK) and QUT.
