Baden Myers is a research engineer in the Centre for Water Management and Reuse, part of the School of Natural and Built Environments at UniSA. He graduated with a degree in civil and environmental engineering in 2005. Following a move to South Australia in 2006, he completed his PhD in 2010 based on a study of the physical, chemical and biological processes affecting stormwater quality in permeable pavement structures.
His current research interests include stormwater harvesting, urban hydrology and water sensitive urban design. He also has a keen interest in other research fields, particularly those which may affect hydrological processes such as urban development and climate change.
In addition to research activities, Baden assists with testing and quality management in the Australian Irrigation and Hydraulics Technology Facility, a commercial testing and research facility which is part of the Centre for Water Management and Reuse.
