This dataset provides a comprehensive view of the residential property market across the Sunshine Coast Significant Urban Area (SUA 3015). It integrates suburb-level market statistics, individual residential sales listings, rental listings, and real estate agency information to support analysis of property trends, market activity, and spatial patterns across the region.The dataset includes:
- Suburb-level quarterly property market statistics for SUA suburbs across the Sunshine Coast region for 2022.
- Individual residential sold property listings for 2022 across the Sunshine Coast SUA, including property attributes and sales information.
- Residential rental listings collected on 23 July 2026, providing a point-in-time snapshot of rental market availability and advertised properties. This snapshot reflects the market at the collection date and is not part of the 2022 data.
All datasets are spatially aligned to the Sunshine Coast Significant Urban Area (SUA 3015) footprint, enabling integrated analysis of residential property sales, rental activity, market characteristics, and real estate service networks.

Suburb performance statistics 2022 - This dataset provides quarterly suburb-level residential property market performance statistics for the Sunshine Coast Significant Urban Area (SUA), covering the 2022 reference year. Indicators are aggregated at the suburb and postcode level and differentiated by residential property category (House and Unit), enabling analysis of spatial variation and temporal trends across the region.\n\nIt captures a comprehensive range of indicators derived from sales, listings, auctions and rental observations: transaction volumes, median sale prices, price ranges and percentile distributions (5th, 25th, 75th, 95th); advertised sale-price volumes and ranges; auction participation and outcomes; median days on market and vendor discount; and rental measures including median weekly rent, listing volumes and mean rental yield.\n\nCombined at a consistent suburb-level spatial unit, the dataset supports comparative analysis of housing market dynamics, suburb performance assessment, market monitoring, and research into residential trends across the Sunshine Coast SUA.Suburb performance statistics 2022 - This dataset provides quarterly suburb-level residential property market performance statistics for the Sunshine Coast Significant Urban Area (SUA), covering the 2022 reference year.
