This dataset includes all raw Miseq high-throughput sequencing data, bioinformatic pipeline and R codes that were used in the publication "Liu M, Baker SC, Burridge CP, Jordan GJ, Clarke LJ (2020) DNA metabarcoding captures subtle differences in forest beetle communities following disturbance.
