Brief description High-impact entrepreneurship: routine formation, process and outcomes. This project aims to gain in-depth knowledge of how entrepreneurs create high impact ventures through the adoption of a practice-based approach. The project intends to uncover how routines are formed and developed to establish and sustain the creation of high-impact new ventures. The project expects to make significant contributions to core areas of management and entrepreneurship research, while providing beneficial insights on the impact of government support programs for facilitating high-impact entrepreneurship to ensure policy is effectively designed to foster the success of high-impact new ventures. An in-depth understanding of high-impact entrepreneurship will also help foster innovation-led growth in Australia’s economic development.
