Brief description Pioneering new oxidation catalysis paradigms for organic synthesis. The project aims to deliver highly novel chemical reactions based on previously unforeseen catalyst attributes, The societal impact of catalyst-promoted chemical reactions can be measured by the enormous volume of manufactured goods (eg plastics, pharmaceuticals) based on this technology. Expected project outcomes could be transferred into commercial chemical research and development programs.
