Brief description Minimising negative and maximising positive outcomes for overqualified workers. This project aims to analyse the factors that improve the work experience of overqualified employees. Overqualified workers may be perceived as counterproductive because of person-job misfit, but can be productive because they have more qualifications for a job. Given that 45% of Australians feel overqualified, the results of this project are expected to offer Australian organisations practical steps on how to use the talents of all employees irrespective of demographics.
