Brief description This project aims to analyse the factors that improve the work experience of overqualified employees. Overqualified workers may be perceived as counterproductive because of person-job misfit, but can be productive because they have more qualifications for a job. Given that 45% of Australians feel overqualified, the results of this project are expected to offer Australian organisations practical steps on how to use the talents of all employees irrespective of demographics.
