Brief description

This data set contains data collected by Michael Jarrold of James Cook University in 2018 investigating the effects of diel CO2 cycles and parental effects on the growth of a coral reef fish under ocean acidification.

Full description

This data set contains survival and growth (weight and length) data from an experiment which investigated  the effects of diel CO2 cycles and parental effects on the growth of a coral reef fish under ocean acidification. Water chemistry data is also included.

The experiment was performed at James Cook Univeristy. Data collection took place between January-June 2018.

The full methodology is available in the publication from the Related Publications link below.
