Brief description Indigenous Australians with diabetes are at high risk of vision loss due to diabetic eye disease. Training and implementation of local retinal imaging, regional reading, and web-based systems can improve communication and fragmented service delivery. We will train and evaluate, in an indigenous Australian setting, an open-source remote-access IT solution to improve eye care and outcomes, adaptable to national and international locations.
