Brief description Food allergy, a potentially life-threatening condition, now affects almost 10% of Australian infants. Identification and implementation of effective prevention strategies is therefore imperative. This research will investigate novel strategies for preventing the development of food allergy, and how these can best be implemented in the population, to reduce the burden of food allergy in future generations of children.
