This project aims to study the diffusion characteristics of tisue within the optic nerves of both healthy individuals and patients who have suffered demyelinating illness of the optic nerve. Whole brain data are also being collected to determine cerebral changes that may be predictors of clinical disease outcome. This project pertains specifically to the disease cohort.
