Data from a three-round Delphi study collecting expert opinion relating to costs along the forest biomass supply chain. Expert responses were captured through two survey rounds and one interview round. Surveys were developed as structured questionnaires with both closed and open-type questions. Surveys were conducted through survey platform Alchemer, and interviews were conducted by phone.
