This include the raw data and calculations linked to the publication "Direct observation and quantification of single nanocondensates of the low complexity domain of TDP-43" by Houx et al. The data are presented in two fiolders: one contains the data used to generate the figures of the paper and the other contains all the original data linked to the study. A Readme file also describes the format of the data. > Folder: Raw Data for figure Houx et al. Data format: xlsx/prism/txt/png This folder contains the source data linked to the publication by Houx et al. '"Direct observation and quantification of single nanocondensates of the low complexity domain of TDP-43", for all figures including supplementary figures. The sub-folders contains data relevant to specific figures and supplementary figures. Data files include: - excel files: contains the list of fluorescent peaks identified in a time trace. Raw1 1: Event number Raw 2: total number of evens for the trace Raw 3: reports the position of the event in the trace(ms) Raw 4: gives the maximum value of intensity for the event (counts per ms) Raw 5: reports the duration of the event (ms) Raw 6: calculates the area under the curve for the event Raw 7: calculates the background intensity for the trace (counts per ms) Note: The file called "final analyse" is a summary of all files in the folders. It presents the file name (column B), number of events per file (column C), intensity of the peaks, calculated as the mean for all events of the trace (column D), duration of the peaks, calculated as the mean for all events of the trace (column E), area under the curve of the peaks, calculated as the mean for all events of the trace (column F) and background (column G). Data files include: - File (txt): raw data for the fluorescence time trace recorded at 1000 Hz unless specified in the manuscript. This trace can be opened in Excel to generate the time trace. Column 1 is the measured intensity in channel 1 for each time point and column 2 is the intensity in Channel 2. See manuscript for the nature of channels 1 and 2. Data files include: - png files: image of the fluorescent time trace. The blue trace is the raw trace, orange is the filtered trace (low pass frequency filter) and green dots indicate the identified peaks, listed in the related xlsx file). Data files include: - prism projects: to be open on GraphPad Prism (generated with GraphPad Prism 10.2.0). See details in the file. > Folder: Processed Data for figure Houx et al. Data format: xlsx/prism This folder contains the analysed data linked to the publication by Houx et al. '"Direct observation and quantification of single nanocondensates of the low complexity domain of TDP-43", including all data files used to generate the figures in the main manuscript (Figures 1-7). The sub-folders contains data relevant to specific figures and supplementary figures. Data include: -"raw traces"(.xlsx): fluorescence time traces. Column A is time in ms (unless indicated), column B is intensity in channel 1 and column C is intensity in channel 2. see text for the nature of channels 1 and 2.
