Full description
The data include consensus primers targeting different regions of herpesviral genome. The data was generated for the development of singleplex touchdown consensus PCR assays. The primers were designed using Geneious software (v11.1.5), and their sensitivity and specificity were evaluated with a variety of herpesviruses.Created: 2023-08-28
