Full description

This dataset includes de-identified online questionnaire responses by regional university workers collected in 2013. This retrospective study explored the physical activity and sedentary behaviours (via IPAQ), and quality of life (via SF-36v2) in a professional skilled workplace where focussed interventions were lacking. Comparisons between this cohort and an initial sample of similar participants (published in 2009) were examined to identify the natural progression of these variables in adult workers.
