Control samples (N = 4) are first, followed by 4 samples at EC50 and 4 samples at 10 x EC 50 apart from Metformin which also has an extra 4 intermediate samples. Dataset consists of NMR spectra with integrals, plus excel spreadsheets containing calculations and protein concentrations for the experiments described in the manuscript "AMPK activators have compound and concentration-specific effects on brain metabolism" published in The Journal of Neurochemistry in 2023.
