Full description

This data record presents the raw and processed data for modelling input, based on little penguin health [and] body condition information across 16 field sites in Tasmania, Australia. The .csv file contains three worksheets: the first sheet is the key to all columns in the following data worksheets, and the following two worksheets are the raw and the transformed data respectively. These data have been collected as part of a larger PhD project investigating spatial variability in little penguin health (UTAS Animal Ethics # 23764).

Data time period: 2020 to 2022
