This is the dataset compiled from a legal mapping study of reversion laws in domestic copyright statutes from 193 UN Member States. It is current up to March 2019.

The methodology and limitations of the study are set out at Chapter V of the author's doctoral thesis at Monash University. The dataset should be read in conjunction with the methodology and limitations.

The work was supported by an Australian Government Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarship, the Monash University Graduate Excellence Scholarship, and a Monash University Faculty of Law Top-Up Scholarship, funded by an ARC Future Fellowship provided to Associate Professor Rebecca Giblin (FT170100011).
