Data used for SSIM test in Sequeira et al, 2018 - Methods in Ecology and Ecolution Predictions of fish species richness in Ningaloo Reef, Western Australia obtained when using (i) a model developed for the Great Barrier Reef (GBR) and predicting to Ningaloo Reef, and (ii) a model developed for the Ningaloo Reef (NR) and predicting to Ningaloo Reef.
