These two-wave surveys were implemented between May 2017 and September 2017. The thesis consists of three studies. The participants for Study 1 were full-time pilot trainees from two flight training schools in mainland China. For Study 2 and Study 3, the participants were full-time pilots working in Chinese airline companies.  This data record contains: 1 x Excel (.xlsx) file containing a comprehensive overview of the variables and measurements utilized in this thesis. 2 x Excel (.xlsx) files containing the raw data collected from surveys administered at flight training schools and airline companies.
