Full description

The data generated for my PhD thesis chapter include morphometric information, as well as viral DNA/RNA sequences obtained by Sanger sequencing and next generation sequencing technologies. These data were mainly collected for the molecular detection and characterization of potentially pathogenic viruses in Australian freshwater turtles. All the novel viral sequences detected in this study have been submitted to GenBank.
