This study is the final of a PhD which is seeking to develop a set of recommendations on mental health self-care for Arabic-speaking refugee-like populations in Australia. Individuals from refugee-like backgrounds may have experienced war, torture and trauma and usually arrive in Australia through migration streams (family reunion or skilled migration programs), without official refugee status.This data cannot be openly published due to ethics restrictions.
