This repository contains the raw sequencing data, processed datasets, and R code supporting the manuscript "Evidence for secondary predation in blue marlin (Makaira nigricans) differs between stomach content analysis and DNA metabarcoding".

The repository includes Illumina MiSeq and NextSeq sequencing files (.fastq.gz), processed stomach content analysis (SCA) datasets, processed DNA metabarcoding datasets, and the R script used to perform all statistical analyses and generate the figures presented in the manuscript.
