Full description
This project contains data (and a README.txt file), R code for statistical analyses and figure generation for the study: "Impacts of aerially deployed fire retardant on the survival, development, and behaviour of a common frog, Limnodynastes peronii".
Data was collected in a laboratory using wild-captured frog eggs from artificial mesocosms located in the fauna park at Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia. Egg collection was done between 11 November 2023 and 4 December 2023. Laboratory data was collected between 29 November 2023 and 15 December 2023. The aim of the study was to investigate the ecological and physico-chemical effects of exposure to a globally used aerially deployed long-term firefighting chemicals (Phos-Chek MVP-Fx) at diluted concentrations.
The analyses include Linear Models, Linear Mixed Models, Generalised Linear Mixed Models, and post-hoc pairwise comparisons.
The figures include a boxplots.
