Cities worldwide are increasingly facing the challenge of managing urban heat islands (UHIs), where densely built environments experience higher temperatures than their rural counterparts. The Darwin Living Lab has developed datasets and a web app to support urban planners, policymakers, and researchers in identifying heat risks and planning for sustainable urban heat mitigation in the city of Darwin, Australia.Lineage: This RShiny app was part of an eReseach Collaboration with CSIRO IM&T to develop a web tool to allow the interactive interrogation of spatial data.
