Full description
DArTSeq raw data for two oat crown rust differential sets commonly used in North America (n = 40) and Australia (n = 47), respectively.Lineage: DArTSeq genotyping of oat lines was performed by Diversity Arrays Technology Pty Ltd. (https://www.diversityarrays.com/) (Canberra, Australia) using restriction enzymes PstI and HpaII with markers generated in two formats: SilicoDArT (presence/absence variants) and SNPs. The sequences of the DArT markers were aligned to the reference genome sequence of Avena sativa OT3098 v2 and Sang using BLAST (Altschul et al. 1990), with a threshold of an expected value (E) less than 5e-7 and a sequence identity greater than 70%.
