Brief description
In 2017, CSIRO (Australia) in collaboration with AZTI Tecnalia (Spain), IRD (France) and CFR (Indonesia) commenced a 3-year collaborative project on population structure of tuna, billfish and sharks of the Indian Ocean funded by the European Union and the consortium partners.As part of this project samples and associated metadata were collected for three neritic tuna and tuna-like species, Longtail Tuna (Thunnus tonggol), Kawakawa (Euthynnus affinis) and Narrow-barred Spanish Mackerel (Scomberomorus commerson).
Those samples were then genotyped at Diversity Arrays Technology using their proprietary DArTseq approach. Here we present the genotypes and all metadata associated to these samples
