Full description

A database of all crustacean proteins collated to identify novel allergens in king crab and edible crab extracts. Protein sequences for all IDs under the taxonomy ID 6657 for including all crustacean proteins were collected in a Fasta format from Uniprot, as of November 2019. This database was used in Msile2 (Bio21) and Maxquant for identifying crab allergens.

Notes

This dataset consists of a UniProtKB/TrEMBL database (FASTA file format) containing headers and amino acid (protein) sequences.
