Full description Croppers Creek is a paired catchment project in north-eastern Victoria. Measurement commenced in 1975 with three small catchments carrying native eucalypt forest being gauged. In 1980 the slopes of one of these Clem Creek (46 ha) was converted to radiata pine plantation. Measurements continued until 1987 when the project was shut down due to lack of funding. In 1997 measurement was recommenced with industry funding. In 2006 the entire forest area and infrastructure was burnt out by major bushfires. Commencing 2007, the project was rebuilt facilitating comparison between the original measurements and data collected from the "re-run".
