A copy of the thesis and some accompanying data are publicly available for download from the provided URL. The original data submission has been placed into a folder, "Original Data Submission" as the original thesis and accompanying figures were stored as separate files. The figures appear to have been created on an early version of MacDraw. In case these figures are no longer accessible, a more recent pdf copy of the thesis (including the figures) has been stored in the root data folder.

Brief description
