Brief description
The data in this folder were used in the spatial phylogenetic study of the Australian angiosperm genera by Thornhill et al. 2016.Lineage: The folder contains a cleaned spatial dataset of Australian angiosperm genera from Australia's Virtual Herbarium downloaded in 2012. A concatenated DNA sequence matrix of seven loci used to make the Australian angiosperm genus phylogeny and partition file that explains each locus position. A tree file of the RAxML used in the study containing 1879 angiosperm genera. An excel spreadsheet listing accessions used in the study.
