Brief description
This project enabled us to investigate the appropriate computer tomography (CT) scanning protocols for acquisition of optimal image quality with the lowest radiation dose to patients. The data is a collection of computed tomographic images that were acquired from a series of CT scans on the human aorta phantom. The collection consists of 30 separate datasets each one comprising of 100 images. The original DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine) images are stored in the datasets.
