This paper-based collection consists of completed coding sheets from the Longitudinal Social Development Project. As part of the project, children and their primary care giving parent visited the project team at the University of Melbourne when they were 2 years old and twice when they were 4 years old. Coding sheets were completed by a project member who observed and recorded child behaviour. Data collected includes information on: proximity (of child to mother or peer); language content and style; play behaviours; conflict; prosocial behaviour; and non-verbal behaviours. This collection contains coding sheets from visits to 2 year olds and the second visit to 4 year olds. 6 cartons (5 oversized).Data time period: 1998 to 2005
