Brief description

This data set contains data collected by Michael Jarrold of James Cook University in 2017 dealing with the effects of ocean acidification, diel CO₂ cycles and elevated temperature on the survival, growth and behavioural performance of a coral reef fish

Full description

This data set contains survival, growth, behavioural laterilization, activity/anxiety and fast start data from an experiment which investigated how elevated temperature effects the intearction between elevated CO₂ and diel CO₂ cycles. Water chemistry data is also included.

The experiment was performed at the National Sea Simulator facility at the Australian Institute of Marine Science. Behavioural laterilization was determined using a two-way T maze,  activity/anxiety using an open field test and fast starts using a weighted stimulus. Data collection took place between February-November 2017.

The full methodology is available in the Open Access publication from the Related Publications link below.
