This script comprises the full data analysis for "Resistant corals increase calcium to cope with ocean acidification". The code uses Raman spectra, boron isotopes, and element/Ca ratios to calculate calcifying fluid saturation states and calcium concentrations for coral skeletons cultured under different pH treatments. In addition, the code analyses several abiogenic aragonites precipitated under various calcium concentrations as a validation of the technique.
