Brief description This research aims to identify and understand the disparity in health issues that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people face in terms of chronic physical illness and mental health disorders. This research aims to develop a collaborative approach to health care that reduces the potential for silo based care, in favour of a more holistic approach to wellness.
